designers to submit proposals for the comprehensive
renovation of the historic Dent Human Sciences Building.
This significant project aims to revitalize the building,
ensuring it meets modern standards while preserving its
unique charm. Key aspects of the renovation project will
encompass the following areas:
1. HVAC System Upgrade: The current system is outdated and
requires a complete overhaul to enhance energy efficiency
and performance.
2. Air Ventilation and Quality Enhancement: Modernization of
the air ventilation system is essential to meet current
codes and ensure a healthy environment for occupants.
3. Window Replacement: The existing windows are inefficient
and in need of replacement with energy-efficient
alternatives.
