 Project Description One-Two Sentences
This Multi-site project consists of replacement of the existing steam infrastructure on Main Campus from the steam manhole JO5 to Jones Residence Hall and from steam manhole WD5 to Fletcher Residence Hall. Construction is generally summer time and is expected to begin in the late spring of 2026 and be completed before students return to campus in August 2026. Current project authorization is for advance planning only. The selected firm will be retained through full design and construction at the university's option.
