Upgrade parking lot RS-12 from a mix of gravel and asphalt
to full asphalt pavement, with redesigned configuration of
parking spaces to allow for added parking. Install security
bollards at each entrance, as well as ECU blue light and
emergency telephone.
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm will be retained for full design and
construction administration at the university's option. | |
