Burlington Labs - B121 Renovations SCO ID No: 24-28150-01A NC State Project No. 202320016 The project consists of the renovation of the basement level of the existing four-story Burlington Lab Building (built in 1953, with a 1973 addition), on NC State's North Campus. This project will renovate 4,163 square feet of vacated shop space into wet-research labs to accommodate three new research faculty. The project includes architectural, mechanical, electrical, and exhaust modifications and will include the furnishing of labor, material and equipment. Bids will be received for single prime bid contracts. All Proposals will be lump sum.
