The Project consists of the in-kind replacement of rooftop HVAC units, added ventilation, and associated mechanical work at the Bob Caton Field House and the Auxiliary Services Facility. Sealed proposals will be received by the University of North Carolina at Pembroke as follows: Hand-delivered sealed proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026, in Conference Room 141, Pinchbeck Maintenance Building A, 128A Facilities Drive, Pembroke, NC 28372. Sealed proposals submitted by mail may be addressed to: University of North Carolina at Pembroke Planning, Design, and Construction ATTN: Mrs. Amanda Spayd, 1 University Drive Pembroke, NC 28372. The bids must be received no later than 3:00 p.m. on May 12, 2026. Immediately thereafter, sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read for the furnishing of labor, material, and equipment entering into the construction of the UNC Pembroke Rooftop Unit (RTU) Replacements: Bob Caton Fieldhouse and Auxiliary Services Facility. Bids will be received for Single Prime Contractor. All proposals shall be lump sum. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
