Room 141 Pembroke, NC Sealed bids will be received by the University of North Carolina Pembroke in Pembroke, NC up to 3:00 pm on February 19, 2026, in the office of Mrs. Amanda Spayd, Business Officer, Pinchbeck Facilities Building 128A Facilities Drive Room 104 Pembroke, NC , Bids will be immediately and publicly opened thereafter and read aloud in room 141 in the Pinchbeck Facilities Building for the furnishing of labor, material and equipment entering into the construction of the Campus Gas Line Replacement.
