 Prequalifying for 
UNC Asheville is requesting statements of qualification from general contractors to renovate a portion of the lower level of Ramsey Library to provide offices for the One Stop department. The renovated area is approximately 9,000 square feet. Demolition of existing walls, and construction of approximately 25 new offices is included in the work. There will also be plumbing, mechanical, electrical and fire protection work involved. Work will occur in an occupied building where occupants may be sensitive to noise. The construction has been estimated at $700,000.
