Building the Future of NC’s Healthcare System

Last spring, North Carolina accomplished a remarkable achievement: four UNC System universities appeared in the top ten in a national ranking of online RN to BSN nursing programs. This is good news for the state. In the midst of a global pandemic, the UNC System’s role building the state’s healthcare system has become even more critical.

N.C. A&T Engineering Faculty Awarded $449K to Futurize Naval Communications Equipment

A team of undergraduate, graduate and faculty researchers in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University won a highly competitive $449,052 grant from the Department of the Navy’s HBCU/MI program to collaborate with the Navy on improving radio frequency (RF) communication systems.
