Year 2 Claim Reimbursement Form & Training Video

The GEAR UP NC Finance Office has updated the claim reimbursement form with Year 2 budget figures and enhanced the layout. The effective date for use of the new claim form is September 15, 2013 (for August 2013 expenses). We have also created a brief training video in which you will receive a certificate once completed.
