The UNC Board of Governors will meet in regular session at 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 17, 2020 via conference call. A total of 2 committee meetings of the Board will be held on Thursday, December 17, 2020. In addition, the Task Force on Pricing, Flexibility, and Affordability will meet 30 minutes upon the adjournment of the full meeting of the UNC Board of Governors.
This meeting will be conducted as a remote meeting pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.24. Committee members and staff will participate in the meeting by simultaneous communication, including by conference telephone and video.
These remote meetings will be simultaneously streamed live online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meeting is available to the public. The live stream of the meetings can be found here: https://www.unctv.org/watch/live-stream/bog/.
If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only.
