The UNC Board of Governors will meet in regular session at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 23, 2020 via conference call. A total of eight committee meetings of the board will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2020 via conference call.
In light of Governor Cooper’s March 10, 2020 State of Emergency declaration and Executive Order No. 138, which restricts the size of gatherings and includes social distancing standards, these meetings will be conducted as remote meetings pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.24. Board members and staff will participate in the meetings by simultaneous communication, including by conference telephone and video.
These remote meetings will be simultaneously streamed live online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meeting is available to the public. The live stream of the meetings can be found here: https://www.unctv.org/watch/live-stream/bog/
If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only.
