The UNC Board of Governors will meet in special session at the Center for School Leadership Development in Chapel Hill on Wednesday, July 20, 2022 at 2 p.m. Due to the limited number of agenda items, the Board will complete the work of the committees and of the full Board in one day.
This meeting will be conducted as a remote meeting pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.24. In addition to committee members and staff who attend in person, other committee members and staff may participate in the meeting by simultaneous communication, including by conference telephone and video.
Portions of this remote meeting will be streamed online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meeting is available to the public. The livestream of the meetings can be found here. In instances where technical limitations prevent livestreaming, seats will be made available subject to room capacity limitations.
If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only. Please note that some items may be considered in closed session under the provisions of the Open Meetings Law.
