The University of North Carolina Board of Governors Committee on Budget and Finance will hold a special meeting at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 16, 2025. Fifteen minutes after that committee adjourns, the full UNC Board of Governors will meet in special session. These meetings will take place in the Board Room (17th Floor) at 223 S. West Street, Suite 1800 in Raleigh, NC.
These meetings are designated as special meetings because they are taking place on one day instead of two, due to an abbreviated agenda. The meeting schedule is on our website.
Portions of the meetings will be streamed online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meetings are available to the public. The livestream of the meetings can be found here.
If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only.
