The University of North Carolina Board of Governors Committee on University Personnel will hold an emergency meeting at 3 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 12, 2024. At 3:30 p.m., the full UNC Board of Governors will hold an emergency meeting.
The purpose of these meetings is to review the terms and conditions of prospective employment contract(s). The meeting agendas will be available on our website.
These meetings will be held virtually. Portions of the meetings will be streamed online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meetings are available to the public. The livestream of the meetings can be found here, and the virtual meetings will originate from 223 S. West Street in Raleigh. If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only. Please note that some items may be considered in closed session under the provisions of the Open Meetings Law.
