The UNC Board of Governors’ Committee on Personnel and Tenure will meet at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 3, 2020 via video conference call for the purpose of considering an executive personnel matter.
In light of Governor Cooper’s Executive Order No. 141 (extended by Executive Order No. 147), which restricts the size of gatherings and includes social distancing standards, this meeting will be conducted as a remote meeting pursuant to N.C.G.S. § 166A-19.24. Committee members and staff will participate in the meeting by simultaneous communication, including by conference telephone and video.
These remote meetings will be simultaneously streamed live online so that simultaneous live audio and video of the meeting is available to the public.
If any technical difficulty with the video stream is encountered, the video will be disabled for members and the public, and the meetings will be conducted and streamed in audio format only.
Please note that some items may be considered in closed session under the provisions of the Open Meetings Law.
