Registration for the 2018 Symposium is now open and will end on Friday, April 20, 2018.

The registration must be completed online. To register, please click here to access the online registration form.

The total cost of registration is $70.00 per participant. The registration fee includes the following:

  • Event parking
  • Pre-conference sessions
  • Plenary sessions
  • Breakout sessions
  • Monday Lunch – only for those who have registered for any pre-conference session(s)
  • Monday evening Networking Reception
  • Tuesday and Wednesday Breakfast
  • Tuesday and Wednesday Lunch
  • Symposium Tailgate – only for those who have registered

Registration fee does not include the following:

  • Hotel accommodations
  • Travel expenses
  • Monday Dinner

We will send one invoice to each UNC campus for all of their registered participants and each non-UNC participant. All invoices will be sent during the week of April 23rd.  The due date for all invoices is May 11, 2018.

Each participant who registers online will receive an email confirmation upon the completion of their online registration.



While we do not believe that you would want to miss the 2018 UNC System Advancement Symposium, we strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations received via email, on or before 5 p.m. EST April 20, 2018, will be removed from the headcount on the invoice billed to each campus or individual. Registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations received after 5 p.m. EST on April 20, 2018. Multiple individuals cannot attend under one registration.
