Resource Center

The CFNC Resource Center provides a wealth of services to students, parents, and counselors. The CFNC Resource Center is responsible for training and outreach efforts to elementary, middle, and high schools; development and dissemination of all college access publications; Spanish services; and curriculum resources.

The CFNC Resource Center’s Call Center is staffed by one Spanish-speaking and eight English-speaking graduate students who serve as College Information Specialists. These individuals work 15-20 hours per week and are responsible for answering and responding to e-mail and telephone inquires Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. During the Fiscal Year 2007-2008, the CFNC Resource Center handled 13,072 calls.

Located on the campus of UNC Greensboro, the Resource Center provides services in five primary areas:
