| Prequalifying for | This project will improve the HVAC system and provide minor
lab renovations in the Varsity Research Building. The HVAC
renovation will include replacing VAV boxes and local
controls in Modules 1, 4, 5, 8, 9 and 10. The renovations in
the 15,200 GSF area of Modules 8 - 10 will consolidate the
College of Sciences into two modules, accommodate
programmatic needs of the research programs, and improve the
HVAC infrastructure. | |||
