| | Prequalifying for | | Construction services for Sanford and Moore Residence Halls,
located on the campus of UNCSA in Winston-Salem, North
Carolina. This project will consist of the replacement of
existing HVAC systems at the two halls which date from 1966.
Construction is planned for summer, 2019. The halls are of
similar construction (use, size, three floors, and system
type.) The project will replace existing 2-pipe fan coil
units along with ancillary support systems (chillers and
boiler) with individual room PTAC's capable of
conditioning make-up / ventilation air serving each
individual living space. Additional work will involve new
fresh air intake, upgraded electrical service, and
demolition of a chiller yard. | |
