| | Prequalifying for | | The project will be bid as a Single Prime contract and will
include steep-sloped slate and asphalt shingle roof
replacement and repair, copper gutter and flashings
replacement and repair, low-sloped roof replacement,
historic copper or terne-coated stainless standing seam
metal roof replacement, slate and modified bitumen repairs,
installation of new fall protection system, pre-cast
concrete cleaning, joint sealant replacement and other
miscellaneous work described in the bid documents. It is
anticipated that the project will be released for bidding in
January 2018 with project start anticipated for March 2018. | |
