Union Renovation Phase II.
Beverly-Grant/Barnhill, a 50/50 Joint Venture has been
selected as the Construction Manager @ Risk by the
University of North Carolina Asheville and is seeking to
pre-qualify construction trade and specialty contractors to
submit bids for furnishing labor, materials, equipment and
tools for the UNC Asheville Highsmith Student Union
Renovation project in Asheville, NC.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Scope of Work will include the
construction of a new 11,000sf elevated Multipurpose
Addition above a new loading dock space. Work also includes
18,000sf of interior renovation within the existing
Highsmith Student Union/Brown Hall, consisting of Student
Involvement offices, work spaces, lounge, gallery,
bathrooms, dishwasher and associated fire protection,
plumbing, mechanical and electrical upgrades.
Principal trade and specialty contractors are solicited for
