Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The project includes the construction of a new 6,568 gross square foot marching band building. The project will be bid single prime and shall include all major sub-contracts including but not limited to plumbing, mechanical, and electrical trades. The structure will be steel with a brick masonry clad veneer on cold formed steel framing. Interior partitions will be metal framing with gypsum board. Other materials will include PVC roofing, precast coping and sills, aluminum storefront and curtain wall, aluminum sunshades as well as a metal deck canopy. Interior finishes and elements may include carpet, VCT, ceramic tile, sealed concrete, acoustic ceiling tile, paint, hollow metal and wood doors, and coiling doors. Site work will include installation of brick pavers and pedestrian scale site lighting. Prequalifying licensed general contractors for this single prime project.
