| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The artificial turf field in the O'Kelly-Riddick
Stadium has reach the end of its useful life due to UV
damage and the improper drainage as originally installed in
2008. Most artificial turf fields are expected to have a
useful life of about 8 years. This project is for the
advanced planning stage for a complete replacement of the
83,000 square foot artificial turf field and connection of
drains to the existing campus storm water drainage system.
Preproposal conference will be held on Monday, March 27th at
2pm in the Hubbard-Totten Building Rm 112 at 1801
Fayetteville St, Durham NC 27707.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
