| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Submittals are due by 2:00 p.m.
The project is to design services for HVAC and kitchen
upgrades in Greek Village for 13 housing units located on
the UNC Charlotte Campus.
The advance planning will determine which of the following
scenarios will be provided to upgrade the system:
- Direct Replacement with System Improvements
- VRF-Similar Unit Configuration with System
Improvements
- VRF- System Re-Zoning
Current project authority is for advance planning only. The
selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option. | |||||
