| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The North Carolina Arboretum's Education Center
(footprint approximately 15,500 SF) was built in 1990. The
building has its original asphalt shingle roof. The
Arboretum is seeking an Architectural or Engineering firm to
create bid documents to replace the existing roof, gutters,
and make recommendations for flashing details around the
existing stone chimney. | |||||
