| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Western Carolina University is soliciting qualifications for
design services for the Breese Building - Partial Renovation
project. The project is to address the need for additional
academic support space. The renovation would require the
removal of existing concrete slab, replacement of MEP
systems, and up-fit of interior components as needed for
renovation.
Proposing firms must submit ONE (1) copy of the Letter of
Interest and ONE (1) copy of Standard Form SF330 and 1
digital copy of each. The Letter of Interest should not
exceed TEN (10) single-sided pages or FIVE
(5) double-sided pages plus the SF330. Digital copy shall be
submitted via USB Flash Drive. E-mail and Fax submittals
will not be accepted. | |||||
