| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Refurbish & modernize AHU-1 system to extend the life
and improve indoor air-quality. The existing system
(original from 1986) consists of; 115,000 cfm, VAV, dual
duct, common return HVAC system and is the primary source
for ventilation, make-up, cooling, heating, return &
exhaust for this lab building.
A Pre-submittal Meeting will be held on June 23, 2021 at
