| Project Description | One-Two Sentences A Project Budget of $1.2 million is approved for Design
Services, Construction and Contingences for a replacement of
existing 30,000lb water tube boiler #1. Existing boiler is
40+ years old and the main boiler for campus. There are two
additional boilers in the space. We are asking designer to
analyze the boiler in relationship to the existing space and
other boilers as well as needed size and type for campus
requirements. It is anticipated once the new boiler is
ordered the old boiler will begin demolition in order to
have new boiler running by no later than October 31, 2021. | |||||
