| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Fayetteville State University is seeking proposals from
qualified professional campus planners and designers for the
development of a comprehensive campus master plan to include
the following:
1. An assessment of the University's existing
conditions and current capacity for growth,
2. future needs in order to address enrollment projections,
3. core infrastructure required to better serve current and
future students, and
4. integration with current local community planning
