The scope of work will be to review existing conditions at
existing UNC Parking Garages and Parking Lots, then analyze,
design and implement necessary Civil, Electrical,
Communications/Network, as well as Concrete works for new
Parking Access Revenue Control System (PARCS) Equipment.
Knowledge of traffic patterns, turn radius and overall
layouts will need to be incorporated into the design and
implementation with the assistance of the PARCS vendor
selected by the University and their Project Team. A
non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on October
29, 2019. Contact the Project Manager for the project brief.
Current project authorization is for advanced planning
only. The selected designer may be retained through full
design and construction at the university's option. | |
