| Project Description | One-Two Sentences NC State University requests qualifications for the
development of a comprehensive Athletics Master Plan for
their Division I NCAA Athletics Program. The planning will
provide an assessment and analysis of the facilities for all
23 Varsity sports for student athletes. The vision is to
improve: (1) student-athlete success and wellbeing; (2)
recruitment of student athletes and coaches; and (3) the fan
experience. The focus is on the next 10 to 15 years, with
specific identification of immediate needs during the first
