Project Description
One-Two Sentences
This project will involve multiple phases of maintenance and
repair to the University's parking lots and decks and
will include an advance planning phase to better define
project scopes and costs. Several known parking facility
repairs are needed immediately and the selected designer
will address these repairs and improvements. Work is
anticipated to be completed annually each summer, over
several years, in order to minimize disruption to parking
operations. The selected designer may be retained for all
phases throughout design and construction at the
university's option.
