| Project Description | One-Two Sentences FSU is soliciting Qualification/ Proposal Statements from
A/E firms to provide engineering design & const. admin.
services for 2- chiller replacement in FSU's 133,000sf
Health & PE Complex. Work may include but is not limited
to: removal of existing equip., preparation of existing
mech. space & install of new equip.. Currently, the
bldg. is served by 2 - 200-ton chillers w/ a recently
replaced roof mounted cooling tower. The project will build
on the work of an existing design effort. Project authority
is for advance planning only. The selected firm may be
retained for full design and construction at the
