| Project Description | One-Two Sentences This project will implement Phase 4 of the five-phase Greek
Village Master Plan. The Phase 4 project will build three
multi-residential buildings comprised of townhouses and
apartments, about 83,000 GSF, as well as seven additional
house lots for individual organizations.
Current project authorization is for advance planning only.
The selected firm may be retained through full design and
construction at the university's option. | |||||
