 Project Description One-Two Sentences
North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University (NCATSU) seeks proposals from qualified designers for a feasibility study to determine the extent to which NCATSU's current housing facilities meet campus needs. The project shall include reviewing the capacity of existing housing and determining the need for additional housing currently and projected need for the next 10 years. The feasibility study shall develop the long term costs and long-range needs for the housing located at NCATSU.
