| Project Description | One-Two Sentences NCSSM is soliciting services for commissioning of its new
Western Campus which will be located in Morganton, North
Carolina. NCSSM acquired property from the North Carolina
School For the Deaf, in Morganton, for the purpose of
building a Western Campus. The total project, which is
approximately 211,000 square feet, includes both renovation
of buildings currently located on the property as well as
