| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The UNC Pembroke University Foundation, LLC, an affiliated
Foundation of the University of North Carolina at Pembroke,
is seeking letters of interest from qualified professionals
for the Courtyard Apartments, Phase II project.
The scope of the project is the construction of new
buildings to accommodate approximately 150 apartment style
student housing units and associated support facilities.
Letters of interest will be considered by the Foundation
Board of Trustees at the December meeting. | |||||
