The Conference Center renovation is to create a classroom
for 140 people to house the Surgery Department's
regular educational events. In addition to the event space,
a break and storage room is also required. As part of this
phase, upgrades are required to the existing toilet rooms to
bring them into compliance with current accessibility codes.
The total square footage of this project is around 3200
