 Project Description One-Two Sentences
Replacement of existing HVAC and Fire Alarm systems at two existing classroom buildings, Workplace IV and V on the UNCSA campus. Both are of 1960s vintage and consist of a 20,200 gsf (2 levels) building and a 7,700 gsf (1 level) building. The University seeks a designer to develop plans for the replacement of the systems in both facilities.
