| Project Description | One-Two Sentences Sanford Hall and Moore Hall are two residence halls on the
UNCSA campus dating from 1966. They are of similar
construction (use, building type, size, and system type.)
The project will consist of the replacement of all existing
HVAC systems based on an engineering study completed in
December, 2017. Construction is planned for summer, 2019. | |||||
