| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The project will provide advance planning, design, and
construction administration for the comprehensive renovation
and modernization of 50 year-old, 73,913 GSF Sanford Hall.
The renewal project includes: gutting of interior
mechanical, electrical, plumbing systems; installation of
new electrical, energy efficient HVAC system and plumbing
system; installation of fire alarm and sprinkler system;
installation of two elevators for reliable ADA access;
renovating bathrooms; replacing windows and a portion of
curtain wall; replacing the roof; replacing interior
partitions to improve utilization of space; abating all
asbestos; complete exterior site work repairs and improving
Information Technology infrastructure. The design firm will
work with a CM@R through planning and design through
construction administration to establish, confirm, and
maintain budget and schedule. | |||||
