A pre-proposal meeting will be held on February 12, 2017 at
1:00PM in the Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, Conf
Rm 10-002, located at 450 West Drive, Chapel Hill. Parking
is available in the Cardinal Parking Deck, 140 Manning
Drive. Please contact the project manager by email for a
complete Project Advertisement / Project Brief.
This project will renovate 2600 SF of existing laboratory
space in the Lineberger Cancer Center into Faculty
Recruitment Facilities and common use laboratories. New
floors, ceilings, lighting, casework and chemical hoods will
be installed. Accessibility upgrades throughout the
building will be completed to bring the building into
compliance with current regulations. The project will also
include upgrades and additions to common use areas,
including lounges, breakrooms, toilet and shower facilities,
and a lactation room. | |
