| Project Description | One-Two Sentences North Carolina Central University is requesting
qualifications from private development firms who are
qualified to design, build, finance, operate and maintain a
1,240-bed on-campus student housing project. The
public-private partnership will replace 417 existing beds
and add 823 new beds to the NCCU Housing and Residential
Life on-campus portfolio, that will be managed via a shared
governance structure between the Project's owner and
