 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The project will provide advance planning, design, and construction administration for demolition of 34,549 GSF Owens Fieldhouse and the construction of a new 87,400 GSF End-zone facility at Kidd Brewer Stadium. The proposed program for the building includes Athletic training rooms, locker rooms, Sports Medicine room, offices, Team meeting rooms, Team Store, Banquet space, Dining space, and Orthopedic Clinic (3rd party lease). The design firm will work with a CM@R through planning and design through construction administration to establish, confirm, and maintain budget and schedule.
