* Pre-proposal meeting: Tues October 3, 2017; Glaxo
Research Building Room 133 *
This project will renovate an existing 800sf research
laboratory located at the lower level of the Glaxo Research
Building to integrate a new 200kV cryo-electron microscope
into the space and establish the UNC CryoElectron Microscopy
Facility. The renovation project will provide the needed
infrastructure support for installation and operation of the
tool. The scope of the renovation project includes
architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and plumbing
modifications with final connections and installation by
tool vendor.
