| Project Description | One-Two Sentences A/E design services for Advance Planning through Schematic
Design for a new 4,800 square foot two story building,
housing new boilers and associated equipment, and a 1,200
square foot single story annex that will incorporate,
control room, restrooms, and offices. It will be the
responsibility of the successful A/E firm to deliver
professional design service from Advance Planning through
Schematic Design including but not limited to Site
Development; Utility Relocation; Architectural Massing and
Design; Determination of steam usage; Steam Plant equipment
/ piping design; Removal of existing above ground fuel
storage tanks; and Cost Estimating. The selected firm may
be retained through full design and construction at the
