Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

The project will consist of a new 141,500 square foot Life Science and Biotechnology Building. The building will be four stories and will have a mechanical penthouse. Also included is a new 500 space pre-cast parking garage. The Agent's scope of work will include, but not be limited to the following services: A Commissioning Plan;Design Review;Performance testing of the building's service support systems to verify design performance; Review and approval of the building's service systems; Review equipment and services documentation and coordinate the training needed to bring the buildings to a fully functional state; Building envelope air and water tightness review at 90% design development and construction documents with verification testing during construction.
