| Project Description | One-Two Sentences The University of North Carolina at Greensboro is seeking
letters of interest from qualified professionals for the
Weil Winfield Fire Alarm Replacement project (Residence hall
with 284 beds and 75,360 square feet). The scope of this
project is to replace the existing addressable system, add
mass notification and address ADA deficiencies associated
with the current fire alarm system. The attic sprinkler
system will be converted to a dry system and cameras added
for increased security. Construction documents will be due
in fall 2018 for a bid date in November, 2018. Construction
will occur spring and summer of 2019. The project is fully
