 Project Description One-Two Sentences
The project entails the designer to provide contract documents and construction administrative services from established programming and concept drawings. The scope of the project includes renovations to existing Kenan Center Second Floor lobby, offices and classrooms to create new conference rooms in the lobby and new offices for the Human Resources, Accounting and Marketing Administrative Offices for the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The project also includes the renovations of the McColl Building's current secretary and waiting spaces to create new meeting rooms and faculty offices at selected areas on the fourth floor.
