Opportunities to Do Business with the Universities

Western Carolina University is accepting qualifications for Architectural and Engineering design services for a new Parking Structure and Public Safety Building until 5:00 PM, July 20, 2017 in the Office of Facilities Management, located at 3476 Old Cullowhee Road, Cullowhee, North Carolina 28723. The project will consist of Advance Planning through Close-out for a new 1,100 space parking structure and a 30,000 square foot public safety building, housing campus police and parking services. The project will be located on the lower portion of the main campus, replacing one of two existing surface parking lots. The facility will reinforce the campus master plan and expand the precinct linking accessible parking with the existing campus core. There will be a pre-submittal conference for any interested parties held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, June 29, 2017 in Ramsey Activity Center- Hospitality Room (1st Floor) This project is pending authorization by the NC General Assembly.
